The first version of road transport is equipped with lightweight configurations such as aluminum-cased transmission MCY13 (Q) single-decrease drive axle, which is mainly used for standard load class (meaning the whole weight of the tractor is within 55 tons and the whole weight of the bicycle is within 41 tons); when the first version of tractor adopts steel plate spring suspension, disc brake MCY13 (Q) single-stage drive axle can be selected.
China National Heavy Duty Truck has a number of national patents for aluminum alloy fuel tanks and is the first manufacturer to start mass production. The most advanced welding production line and the whole process monitoring of welding ensure the quality of the products. At present, the fuel tank capacity is 200L, 240L, 250L, 350L and 400L, and the structure shapes such as round, D-shaped, and square can meet different customers’ needs. The aluminum alloy fuel tank has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, and good corrosion resistance, which can avoid corrosion inside the fuel tank, improve fuel cleanliness and prolong the service life of the engine.
